We have many request for photos of homes built from our designs
showing various exterior finishes and colors. In order to collect more examples we are
having a photo contest. You may have a chance to win from $100.00 - $500.00. If you
have built a Larry James Designs Home and meet the guidelines listed below you could be a
winner!
Front photo must have name, address, phone number and plan number on the back of each
photograph. Rear photograph & Interiors photographs (Optional)

One winner will be chosen to receive $100.00 from each of the entry dates.
All photographs entered will not be returned and may be used by Larry James &
Associates, Inc. for marketing purposes. An additional $400.00 may be paid if a one
hundred dollar winner is chosen by a nationally recognized home plan publication to appear
as a cover issue. Payment will be made by the "on-sale" date of the chosen
cover issue.
